This years Holiday Espresso is a riff on our wildly popular Podium Espresso - swapping out the washed Yirgacheffe for a natural from he same producer. Our relationship (through our import partner) with then Koke washing station goes back almost to Eleven Speeds beginning, so we are super pleased to be able to feature their coffees in our Holiday espresso this year! The Guatemala bean gives a beautiful chocolatey nose to our expresso while the natural Ethiopia bring big berry and a subtle tartness as well as increasing the crema in the extraction - we really think you will love this offering!
