After last years wildly popular Kora peaberry, we are super excited for this years crop - This peaberry from the New Kiriti Farmers co-operative in Murang'a County, 85kms north of Nairobi. New Kiriti has worked with the Technoserve coffee initiative, lead by the Bill & Melinda Gates foundation, to increase productivitiy, income and worker conditions for their members. the Co-Op now has excellent working conditions - including 30 days paid leave anually, as well as paid maternity and paterinty leave.

Conditions aside - this coffee rocks! Tasting black tea, chocolate, bing cherry and meyer lemon, a medium body and acidity. we thought last years peaberry was great - this one is even better!
