We are super excited to have this natural processed Ugandan in our line up this Spring! This high altitude bean comes from the Gorilla Summit Coffee producer who has made huge investment in the local coffee community. Providing the over 800 small holder farmers with livestock to suplement their incomes, the company also ensures healthcare and education is available to the region. Once picked, the cherries are hand sorted, the transfered to rised drying beds, where they will be hand sorted and rotated for a 25 - 30 day drying period. the flavour profile is ripe cherry, citrus, blueberry and milk chocolate.
