We love how dynamic this bean is, used predominatley in our signature espresso roast, when a lighter profile is used, the coffee sings with brown sugar, chai and raisin notes, a slight lime like zest and medium acidity really make this a great cup - try as a pour over or as a single origin espresso shot.
