For our holiday coffee this year we decided to go back to basics, one of our first ever roasted coffees and one we continue to look forward to every year!

Ethiopia washed Yirgacheffe  from the Koke Washing station. This years Ethiopian coffees have been off the charts fantastic and we were so please when samples from our favourite washing station really knocked it out of the park! This will be our forth year purchasing from the Koke station and when deciding on what to offer for the holiday's it became obvious we wanted something comforting. 

in the cup you will find a deeply complex coffee, notes of blueberry, citrus and milk chocolate - as it cools you get some hazelnut and spiced orange & lemon. it is a coffee you will find yourself having 'just one more cup'
