Our newest espresso offering, roasted Colombian & Ethiopia beans compliment each other in this fresh take on espresso. The Colombia Narino brings rich chocolate and a light toasted nut flavour, while the natural Ethiopian brings a fuller body and tart red fruit mouthfeel. Great cream, rich yet tart flavours, a great shot to get you out the door on your next adventure!

We recommend a 17g throw, pulled quicker than normal, 25-27seconds and a slightly lower temperature, say 94*F for a 42g finish.
